John Bianchi

Founder & CEO

John founded SEP in March of 2022. With 45 years of experience in construction and over 8 years in the solar industry, John is a confident leader to his team and works diligently to push every project to the finish line.

Sean Clancy

Project Manager

Sean has been an asset to SEP since day one. He carries over 10 years of experience in construction in the greater New England area and is not shy to get his hands dirty on site.

Whit Goudreau

Assistant Project Manager

Whit has a “let’s make it happen attitude”, and prides himself on his dedicated work ethic and client focused performance. Specializing in data analytics and organization, Whit uses his experience to keep projects running safely and smoothly.

Lexi Welch

Assistant Project Manager

With 6 years in the solar industry, Lexi joined the SEP team in November of 2022. She takes pride in problem solving and is devoted to maintaining strong client relationships.

Danielle Bianchi

Payroll & HR Lead

Danielle B has also been with SEP since day one. She not only submits payroll but also makes sure everything behind the scenes is moving according to plan on each construction site.

Danielle Turner

Controller

Danielle T has been with SEP since June of 2022 but has been in the construction industry for 14 years. Danielle manages SEP's finances, submits PO's and oversees salesforce.

Projects

Kennebunk, ME

System Size - 4.1 MW

State Energy Partner completed all required work for this solar field from clearing the trees on site, underground, electrical, racking, installation of modules and wiring.

Carver Farms, MA

System Size - 1.76 MW

State Energy Partner constructed the sequence for the solar module tables in addition to all necessary wiring and electrical work to complete this solar field installation.

Iron Mountain, NJ

System Size - 6.9 MW

Built on an Iron Mountain data storage facility, cranes and temporary scaffolding were used to load materials required in order to make this project possible.

East Hampton, MA

System Size - 3.02 MW

State Energy Partner completed all of the electrical work, underground and installed modules for this solar farm.

Hudson, MA

System Size - 5.83 MW

State Energy Partner performed all of the steel work required for the module tables with complete wiring and installation, in addition to all the necessary electrical work.

Swan Holt, MA

System Size - 3 MW

This system was built on an Ocean Spray cranberry bog and has a combination of canopy arrays and ground mounts.
